Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

Sonnet of Clay currently plans to ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping through checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received, unless a product page states a different lead time. Small-batch or made-to-order pieces may require additional time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or included in promotional offers shown on the site. We currently display free U.S. shipping on orders over $95; update this section if that threshold changes.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination. Most U.S. orders typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Fragile Items

Ceramic pieces are packed with care. If an item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Delays

If we become aware that we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options. Weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, and peak-season volume may affect delivery timing.
